At Elegance by Val, we take pride in the quality of our products, services, and educational offerings. Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are subject to the policies outlined below.

Lash Supplies & Physical Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all lash supplies and other beauty products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for opened, used, or unwanted products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Elegance by Val is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage, handling, or failure to follow product instructions.

Online Courses & Digital Products

All online courses, downloadable materials, digital products, and other digital purchases are final sale and nonrefundable due to the immediate nature of digital access.

Purchasing an educational product does not guarantee specific business, financial, or professional results. Results will vary based on each student’s experience, implementation, effort, and other individual factors.

Course materials are intended solely for the individual who purchased access and may not be shared, copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or provided to another person.

In Person Education

Payments and deposits made toward in person masterclasses, trainings, and other educational experiences are nonrefundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training, please contact Elegance by Val as soon as possible. Any ability to transfer or reschedule your training is subject to availability and the applicable booking policies.

Services & Appointments

Payments, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, no shows, and other appointment related matters are subject to the booking policies provided at the time of scheduling.

Services that have already been performed are nonrefundable.
